Our cafe features fine coffees and locally sourced menu items. Make yourself at home in a reading nook or browse the shelves furiously. The book selection spans literature, sci-fi, speculative fiction, philosophy, science, religion, buried histories, non-sequitur non-fiction, banned books, rare titles, and poetry. We can't wait to serve you!

The titles at The Explanation Point have one thing in common: they live, breathe, and reciprocate. They are the works of writers, mystics, scientists, those fascinated by life, or divinely inspired, climbing deeper and higher into the mysteries of existence. They are books that set imaginations ablaze, salve weary souls, soften hard hearts, grow atrophied minds, connect disparate worlds, expose lies, and reveal truths. The Coffee
Gastro. Organic. Fresh.
We source fragrant coffee beans from small farms, roast them for their distinct traits, and sometimes even roll the oily ones in cinnamon powder. Our coffees are perfect for sipping slowly while leafing through books and enjoying the garden. Socialize with other readers, or enjoy your private rabbit hole. All who seek are welcome.
